Loan Advisor

**Job Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate credit worthiness of customers
- Interview applicants to determine their financial eligibility and feasibility
- Answer clients questions and provide information
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
- Build long - term, trusting relationships with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction at highest possible level
- Maintain active knowledge base of all the organisation's loan products and an understanding of qualifications required of each applicant
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal departments and external contacts

**Job Requirements**:

- Freshers / Experienced
- Graduates in any discipline
- Language fluency (Malayalam, Tamil, English)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Customer orientation and sales competencies

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
