Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing and facilitating the product distribution of the company. This role will coordinate with team and process owners to achieve the effective distribution of products.

Roles & **KRA 1: Process Shipments**

Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Work closely with e
- commerce department, customer service department and Showroom for shipment of products to across the location.
- Delivery of product to customer location as and when required and cash on delivery.
- Co-ordinate with finance department for banking purpose.

**KPIs**
- Timely and accurate delivery of products.

**KRA 2: Vendor Management**
- Packing of products as per the norms of respective countries and logistic vendor.
- Follow up with custom clearance house agent for the clearance of the product.
- Follow up with logistics vendor for timely delivery.

**KPIs**
- 100% adherence to the logistics rules and regulations of respective countries.

**KRA 3: Customer Assistance**
- Providing customer assistance by addressing problems and answering questions, if any.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

**KPIs**
- Zero customer complaints

**KRA 4: Reports**
- Keep logs and records of executed orders.
- Management reporting on the progress and status of logistics management.

**KPIs**
- Timely and accurate reports.

Entry Requirements

Qualification Span of Experience

At least 3 years' experience as Associate Logistics/
Graduate in any discipline with computer skills.

Administration assistant/ Office coordinator is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
