About our Team

Our team responsible to ensure data connectivity, extendibility, and discoverability through systematic, scalable processes, capabilities, and highly engaged people in handling the full value chain of our content and data, putting Customer Experience central to our business with innovation.

About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep datasets up-to-date and aligned between the systems
- Ensuring correct data transformations and structured analysis of the cause
- Should keep the relevant process documents & associated materials up to date with version controls
- Work on the improvement/enhancement projects/initiatives to improve utilization of the dataset (look for automation, wherever possible)
- Testing search capabilities and reviewing customer experience with the database
- Frequently Data health check-ins to ensure its quality assessment & monitor it
- Ability to work with stakeholders/vendors & Publishers across the location

**Requirements**:

- Have any bachelor’s education with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Have great analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly understand complex processes
- Have a good understanding of data analysis (e.g., SQL), data workflows, and tableau/databricks
- Have good programming skills (e.g., Phyton, Perl, KNIME) to create advanced insights into data
- Have good communication, be assertive, & build rapport within or across teams
