**Role Overview**: As an HTML/CSS Frontend Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual designs for web properties. This role requires a keen eye for design along with the ability to translate design mockups into high-quality responsive HTML code. You will work closely with our designers and backend development teams to ensure seamless web design and to enhance user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert design files (such as PSD, Adobe XD, or Figma files) into fully responsive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Good communication skill and understanding client’s requirement.
- Maintain and improve website.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an HTML/CSS Developer.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of new age frontend tools like JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS etc. will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
