**JOB SUMMARY**:
A Sales Executive plays a key role in driving the growth and success of a company by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at URBAN GROCERY MART, a leading online marketplace. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by onboarding local shop owners onto our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential sellers, demonstrating the benefits of our platform and guiding them through the registration process. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Actively prospect, identify, and contact local shop owners to introduce them to our marketplace platform.
- Present the benefits of joining our platform, addressing potential sellers' concerns, and guiding them through the registration process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with local business communities and networks is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new digital platforms.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
