**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring cell wise production as per cycle time - hourly production.
- Monitoring of WIP at each machine as per process flow.
- Implementation of process standards and controls, tool life and quality parameters.
- Training to operators.
- Process settings.
- Issuing / Releasing and tracking of the Material received from stores through Plex.
- Packaging of finished goods.
- Coordinating with customer freight forwarder for pick up of consignment.
- First piece verification for manufacturing process.
- To review rejection material for scrap.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma/BE/Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineers.
- At least 3 to 10 Years of experience in to automobile component manufacturing industry.
- Team Management / Leadership / Result Orientation.
- Computer skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
