- Assistant**

**Reports to: AGM Marketing**

**Position Required: Full time**

**Education/Experience**:

- Graduate. Post graduate in Management with Marketing specialization required.
- Basic exposure to NGOs and civil society organizations/institutes
- Good English reading, writing, articulation, and presentation skills
- B2B & B2C Marketing experience with substantial exposure to Several Aspects from the following:
Marketing strategy, brand positioning, Collaterals, Promotions, Campaigns, Events, Direct marketing & Social Media Marketing.
- A track record of successful marketing support to fund raising in the charity sector is preferred. Background in Retail marketing/ Enterprise Sales in corporate will be of great value.

**Job Description & Role**:

- Plan and implement integrated Digital Search, Display and Video campaigns for multiple platforms
- Analyze and report from Google Analytics and other relevant tools to optimize campaigns
- Work with the Campaigns and FR teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure media art department campaigns are reflected in our digital channels
- Manage relationships with vendors, digital platforms, external agencies, corporate partners, grantee partners, public and the media Partners.

- Coming up with ingenious ways to digital marketing to raise awareness.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and content team to make sure each fundraising campaign is a big success
- Help partners identify influential campaign creators or to create campaigns themselves
- Support donor relations through relationship and trust building. Be personable and able to relate to donors, and show genuine interest in donors’ interests. Provide excellent in person, phone and online customer service.

**Essential Skills**:

- Good command over spoken & written English & working knowledge of Hindi & local language.
- Analytical & solutions skills related to target markets segmentation and strategy formulation.
- Digital skills: Mobile and online giving are an increasingly integral part of the fundraising mix. Heads of fundraising need to be adept at using these technologies and aware of their fundraising potential
- Presentation documentation & dissemination of ideas and plans
- Visualization & execution skills related to social media marketing requirements

**Remuneration/Compensation: As per organization standards (3-4 Lakhs CTC Per year)**

**Job Description & Role**:

- Strategy and execution of Marketing support for fundraising from various segments such as corporate CSR, high net worth individuals, foundations, government, retail donors through various channels, with a specific focus on online donation/Social Media marketing & programs and offline such as direct marketing, telephonic Fund raising & events.
- Market research and segmentation to target the segments appropriately with specific strategies & tactical actions.
- Drive a dynamic team of campaign fundraisers to grow income from new and existing supporters, identify opportunity donor segments, and design online campaign programs that excite and inspire engagement and giving.
- Implement creative solutions to drive engagement in fundraising, in collaboration with corporate and partners
- Identify potential audiences to prioritize and oversee the work of internal and external teams to help deliver against revenue and engagement goals for those audiences
- Collaborate with the fundraising team and external partners to deliver a portfolio of ideas, materials, products, systems and propositions to inspire the key target audiences to engage in fundraising activity. This includes corporate partners, digital channels, website etc.
