Job Summary: As an Animation Faculty member, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and instruction to students pursuing animation courses. You will play a vital role in nurturing and developing the artistic and technical skills of aspiring animators, preparing them for a successful career in the animation industry. Your role will involve designing and implementing effective teaching strategies, delivering lectures, conducting practical workshops, and evaluating students' progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to design and update the animation curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and best practices.

Instruction: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures and practical sessions covering various aspects of animation, such as 2D animation, 3D animation, character design, storyboarding, visual effects, and motion graphics.

Technical Training: Teach students how to use animation software and industry-standard tools effectively. Stay updated with the latest software advancements and incorporate them into the teaching process.

Project Supervision: Guide students through their animation projects, providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their creativity and storytelling abilities.

Critiques and Reviews: Conduct regular critiques and reviews of students' work to assess their progress, identify areas for improvement, and offer suggestions for enhancement.

Mentoring: Act as a mentor to students, inspiring and encouraging them to explore new ideas and develop their personal artistic styles.

Industry Insights: Stay abreast of current trends, techniques, and innovations in the animation industry and share this knowledge with students to keep them up-to-date with the latest industry practices.

Research and Publications: Engage in animation-related research and publish findings in relevant journals or conferences to contribute to the academic community.

Academic Support: Assist in organizing animation-related events, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enrich the students' learning experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members and departments to encourage interdisciplinary projects and foster a creative and collaborative learning environment.

Assessments and Grading: Develop assessment materials, conduct evaluations, and grade student work to ensure fair and accurate evaluation of their performance.

Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, attend faculty development programs, and contribute to accreditation and curriculum reviews as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an animator or in an animation-related role.
- Proficiency in animation software like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Autodesk Maya, or other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and inspiring others.
- A portfolio showcasing personal and professional animation work would be an advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
