TL Required skills (Salary upto 5 lacs)
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in Banking/BFSI operation leading - Familiar with TL Metrix, KPI/KRAs, AHT, Shrinkage/Attrition, C-Sat. Good in excel and dashboards
- Work location : Hebbal, Bangalore
- Shift timings : Rotational shift / 5 days of working. 2 days rotational off

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
