Associate Professor in Nursing

Nursing Faculty in OBG Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Community Health Nursing
- who can do teaching for nursing students of Paramedical Diploma, GNM B. Sc N and M. Sc Nursing program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective classroom and clinical instruction for Nursing students (ANM, GNM, and B.Sc.) and Paramedical students.
- Align curriculum with newly established standards and best practices(by QCI).
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to cater to individual learning styles.
- Conduct clinical supervision and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Act as a student mentor, offering guidance and support both academically and personally.
- Actively participate in program development and curriculum improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of current trends and innovations in nursing education and practice.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in any of the above-mentioned Nursing specialties is a must.
- Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experince.
- Demonstrated teaching/ clinical expertise in relevant areas expected.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Commitment to student success and professional development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching at premiere institutions or with a record of clinical or academic excellence.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Hindi and English
- Willingness to commit to a long-term position.
