Hotel Microbiologist

Day to day management of shift activity in the laboretory to timely carry out all.

Conduct internal audits as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and HACCP

Handling the total documentation of the laboretory as well as QMS documentation.

Taking care of GMP, GLP,GHP callibaretion and integretaed pest management.

Prevention of cross contamination measures and asthetic techniques

Preperation of cultured product like Dahi, Chach etc.

FSSAI standard pertaining to microbiology of milk product & comply the testing as per FASSAI guideline.

Taking care of total laboratory analysis as well as Microbiological & Chemical analysis

To carry of the total plant & personal hygine.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
