This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Supervisor at SNASH, located in Vadakara. The Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer service, coordinating car care services, and ensuring efficient center functioning. The role involves supervising and leading a team, handling customer queries, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in automotive services and knowledge of car care solutions
- Supervisory or management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of automotive aftermarket products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
