**Founder Profile**:
Arnav Kumar is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. Leap is his second company and he has raised more than $30M in capital for his startups. In his last role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban company, unacademy and many other unicorns. Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

**Role Overview**
We are looking for absolute trainers who are comfortable with overseas education. This role will require them to be very comfortable with their screen presence and managing a large pool of students in their study abroad journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for facilitating induction and upskiling training programs for freshers and experienced counsellors on all USA study-abroad topics.
2. Develop learning programs for the counselling org based on business and industry trends while adhering to content quality and delivery timelines.
3. Be adept at designing training programs for both online and offline delivery formats.
4. Design assessments and continuous feedback loops to measure and inform learning outcomes.
5. Effective planning of training schedules and communicating them to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on all industry trends and be the ultimate authority on the USA destination.

**Preferred Requirements**
1. 2+ years of experience in the field of study abroad with a focus on counselling/client relationships/Learning & Development. (Preferably USA destination)
2. Strong communication and facilitation skills.
3. Ability to prioritise (time management) and multi-task.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills.
5. Data-driven and tech-savvy.
