**Job Title: SAP GRC and Basis Administrator**:
Job Summary:
The SAP GRC and Basis Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP systems, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance functionalities. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of SAP systems while providing technical support to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP GRC Implementation and Support:

- Configure and maintain SAP GRC components such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Design and implement GRC workflows, rulesets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze access risks, segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and compliance violations.
- Develop and maintain GRC reports and dashboards for management and audit purposes.
- Compliance and Regulatory Support:

- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure SAP systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls within SAP environments.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments of SAP systems to identify and remediate compliance issues.
- SAP Basis Administration:

- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and related components.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning measures.
- Manage user access and security settings within SAP systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, system administrators, and developers.
- Manage change requests, incidents, and service requests related to SAP systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP certifications in Basis and/or GRC (preferred).
- Hands-on 4-5 years of experience with SAP GRC components such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Experience in SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts, role design, and user access management.
- Familiarity with ITGC audit and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
