**Job Responsibility / Specific Skill Set**:
1. Maintaining Running Process Parameters in Shift to run Plant operations smoothly as per SOP.
2. Ensure manpower in shift and plant safety as per ABG standards
3. Manage and develop a team of operators for smooth plant operations
4. Coordinate & follow-up with department like maintenance, safety, process, instrumentation, electrical etc. to maintain the safety standards of all the operative machinery and environment
5. Report the SH/DH if and abnormality found during plant operations
6. Manpower Handling and Batch preparation activity as per SOP
7. Conversant with process trouble shooting, process optimization and root cause analysis etc.
8. To operate the plant at optimum conditions and achieve production targets with reduction in raw material consumption and power consumption.
9. Use of Enablon System for safety observation, Near miss and incident reporting.
10. Monitor processes for accident-free operations/ Maintenance and compliance of all safety requirements
as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements
11. Conversant with SAP module for issue RM and procurement of process related material/Spares.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Science - Honors

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-5 Years
