**Job Description: Back Office Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the organization, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records accurately and efficiently.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with different teams and departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure availability and efficiency.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical data as required by management or other departments.
- **Client Support**: Assist in addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- **Compliance and Regulation**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all back-office operations.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve operational problems or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Critical thinking skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- **Team Player**: Capacity to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
- **Professionalism**: Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles may be advantageous but is not always required, especially for entry-level positions

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
