**Responsibilities**:

- **Ivanti UWM Administration**:

- Manage and administer Ivanti Unified Workspace Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain access control policies and configurations.
- Develop and maintain Ivanti UWM configurations, policies, and profiles to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user profiles and workspace settings.
- Monitor and analyze Ivanti UWM performance, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Implement user provisioning and de-provisioning processes within Ivanti UWM, ensuring timely and accurate access management.
- Conduct regular audits of Ivanti UWM configurations to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to implement and maintain security controls within the Ivanti UWM environment.
- **LRS Print Management**:

- Configure and manage LRS print management solutions within the Ivanti UWM environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve print-related issues efficiently.
- **Ivanti EPM Console**:

- Utilize Ivanti EPM console for endpoint management, software distribution, and patch management.
- Implement and monitor policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- **Neurons Integration**:

- Work on the integration and optimization of Ivanti Neurons capabilities within the UWM framework.
- Leverage Neurons to enhance automation, intelligence, and user experience.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce security best practices for Ivanti UWM.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Provide L3 support for any issues related to Ivanti UWM, LRS print management, and EPM console.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated technical issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands on Experience of 3-5 Years on Ivanti UWM Administration.
- Good knowledge of LRS print management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti EPM console and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with Ivanti Neurons and its integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
