**Job Title**: ETP Incharge (Electroplating)

**Location**: Ezhichur, Oragadam, Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Electroplating Treatment Plant (ETP).
- Monitor and control ETP parameters to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Ensure the proper treatment of effluents and waste as per regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ETP systems.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of the ETP equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation of the ETP operation, including records of effluent quality and maintenance logs.
- Work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure the electroplating process runs smoothly.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols.
- Prepare and submit reports on ETP performance and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing ETP systems, preferably in the electroplating or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electroplating processes and effluent treatment technologies.
- Experience with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications related to environmental management or ETP operations.
- Familiarity with automation in ETP operations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
