**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnostics and Repairs**:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair various power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and other handheld or stationary tools.
- Identify mechanical, electrical, and operational issues using diagnostic equipment and manual inspection.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers to understand tool issues and provide clear explanations of repair work.
- Offer guidance on tool care and maintenance best practices.
- **Parts Management**:

- Source, order, and replace defective parts as needed.
- Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
- **Equipment Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest models of power tools, repair techniques, and industry standards.
- Provide feedback to manufacturers or supervisors on recurring issues or defects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI, Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in mechanics or electronics is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in repairing and maintaining power tools or similar equipment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with brands like Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, etc., is highly desirable.
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
