**Qualification**:MBA
**Years of Experience**: Minimum 2 years +

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, power point presentations).
- Problem Solving with excellent multitasking ability.
- Strong Managerial and Decision-Makingskill.
- Team Handling and Leadership qualities required.
**Job Responsibility**:
1. Manage multiple projects as assigned by the HOD related to diverse lines of business with inter-related activities and relationship.
2. Coordinates Calendar, travel, meeting, and Schedule arrangements for the director.
3. Attend meetings, take minutes, and Distribute meeting notes
4. Work Closely with other team members to assure the director ‘s preparation for meetings, Presentations or other engagements.
6. Hands on experience in excel in creating charts and sheets and also a power point presentation.
