PPC Executive

**Description**:

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and
- inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery of products to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather relevant information for accurate
- production planning by analysing production capacity and capabilities to ensure alignment with demand.
- Coordinate with different departments, including manufacturing, logistics, and quality control, to streamline
- production processes.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to make informed decisions regarding production adjustments to avoid
- overstock or stockouts.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth flow of information. Prepare and
- present regular reports on production performance, forecasting accuracy, and key metrics.
- Lead and mentor the PPC team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and
- support in problem-solving and decision-making.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree within the têxtiles industry, with a track
- record of successfully optimizing production processes.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
