**Mindvoke**

Mindvoke is a channel focused on the holistic development of today’s youth, addressing key issues around education, mental health, and well-being.
- Our goal is to create a platform that explores the challenges and opportunities young people face, from the moment they step into school to navigating adulthood.
- Inspire and empower the next generation through engaging conversations and actionable solutions.

**Position Overview**: We are seeking compassionate and experienced professionals to join us as **Podcast Moderators**, including but not limited to _**Psychologists**_, _**Soft Skills Trainers**_, _**Life Skills Trainers**_ and _**Academic Counselors.**_ The podcast series called Mindvoke would focus on youth development, mental resilience, and education. This part-time role offers the chance to engage in meaningful discussions with experts, educators, and thought leaders, guiding conversations that inspire and empower the next generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Moderate engaging and thought-provoking podcast episodes centered around topics like student’s academic pressures, personal growth, mental health, and future career opportunities.
- Facilitate interviews and discussions with guest speakers, ensuring dynamic and insightful conversations.
- Help Mindvoke team in identifying key issues students face and suggest discussion topics.
- Help Mindvoke in figuring out guest speakers and thought leaders for our series of podcasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in youth-focused fields such as Counseling, Psychology, Wellness, or Life Coaching.
- Passionate about youth development, education, and mental health.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to moderate conversations and interviews with clarity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Comfortable discussing a broad range of topics relevant to today’s youth.
- Previous experience with podcasting, moderating, or public speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
