Job Responsibility
- Consultation, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian suite of tools specifically in Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk with demonstrated knowledge.
- Customization of workflows in Jira, migration of data from other tools to Jira
- Support global configurations whilst providing specific functionality where appropriate and using lessons learnt and knowing the difference between globally and specific configurations for enhanced business process.
- Ability to consult with the organization to gather complex business process requirements, interpret them into an agile methodology and design and deliver solutions within continuous delivery tool capabilities that enhance and digitize work practices.
- Managing and resolving customer support requests such as functionality usage, configuration changes, troubleshooting.
- Support the organization to use continuous delivery tools in an agile manner.
- Knowledge of Atlassian marketplace plugins and tools and integrations
- Experience with various database technologies (PostgreSQL etc)

Technical Skills (Must have)
- 4-6 years of experience in Jira, Confluence administration and customization
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins Products installation, configuration & administration.
- Experience in designing and building new Jira Templates & Workflows
- Excellent in handling Change and Configuration Management Processes.
- Experience using and troubleshooting with scripting languages (e.g. Groovy, JavaScript, Python) and/or RESTful APIs (or equivalent) to automate tasks
- Strong experience on representing SDLC model in Jira tool
- Strong hands-on experience on Development tools & Processes
- Aware of industry best practices
- Experience in client interaction and participation in customer workshops
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, databases Configuration and Administration
- Knowledge any one of the RDBMS database
- Exposure to Static analysis tools.
- Experience in any one scripting language
