We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Billing Associate to join our Financial and Planning Team. You will be responsible for the billing customer care process which includes ownership of customer billing issues, triaging, communication/follow-up, assigning and soliciting support where necessary, and management reporting. This may involve contract review, analysis of customer billing, invoice review, escalation as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues by understanding the issue, determining the root cause, engage the appropriate individuals to correct, advocate for timely resolution and escalate internally when appropriate.
- Maintain customer financial records by processing customer billing adjustments.
- Prepare month end reporting relating to billing accuracy and customer care metrics.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. Maintain notes on customer accounts and maintain customer records by updating account information

Additional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum 4 years prior relevant work experience required.

Strong MS Excel skills is essential.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Sugar CRM, Great Plains, Oracle, or NetSuite is a strong plus.

Familiarity with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to the Revenue Cycle
