As a Telesales Business Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into clients over the phone. Your primary objective will be to sell products or services to potential customers through strategic telesales techniques. Additionally, you will provide consultative guidance to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Utilize various sources to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls to reach out to prospects and initiate sales conversations.
- Research prospects' businesses to understand their needs and pain points.

Sales Pitch and Presentation:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services.
- Customize sales presentations based on the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
- Address objections and concerns effectively to move prospects through the sales process.

Consultative Selling:

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that meet clients' objectives.
- Provide insights and industry knowledge to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.

Achieving Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously track and report on sales performance metrics.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and articulate solutions effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
