**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses to identify new sales opportunities for IT products and services.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the IT company's products, services, or solutions to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Listen to clients' requirements and challenges to understand their IT needs and tailor the offerings accordingly.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels to nurture prospects and convert them into customers.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Technical Knowledge: Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IT products and services offered by the company to effectively address customer queries and concerns.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
