**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and specifications of air conditioning products.
- Educate customers on product offerings and assist them in selecting the right solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer requirements and provide technical support as needed.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Prepare and submit sales orders, contracts, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment processing.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide input to product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
