Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Documentation**: Manage and organize office documents, records, and files.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Office Supplies**: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- **Day-to-Day Tasks**: Handle daily administrative tasks to support the team and maintain office efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- **Age Limit**: 21 to 30 years
