- monitoring and controlling Quality standards, including food safety compliance- Ensure uniform / consistent implementation of workmen related policies- Contolling and monitoring refinery process Losses and efficiency- Ensure compliance to Enviromental policies and monitor effluent generation- Training workmen to improve their effectiveness- Ensure Online accurate SAP transaction between refinery and filling, Stores etc.- Objectives and deliverables of the Role- Ensuring refinery productivity with optimum quality- Ensuring refinery efficiency with minimum loss and minimum cost- Ensuring Refinery OEE with reduction in losses- Ensuring optimum service level to filling- Ensuring execution of TCM / Improvement projects to improve operational effeciencies.- Ensuring safe work practices and Safe operations in Refinery- Role Measurability Factors- Refinery Service level- Manufacturing Variable Cost Rs./ Mt- Process Loss/ Efficiency in %- Refined oil quality against specifications- Quality Cert Audit Score- Refinery OEE achievement and Losses reduction- Workmen training Mandays / month- Safety & Environment Audit score- Institutional Role- Integrated Excellence Module auditing of other areas / departments- Active participation in Operationa Excellence activities (TPM)- Actively leading the culture building exercises in the plant- Induction of GETs in the plant.- Organizational Relationships- Organizational level- Executive- Operationally Reports to- Production Manager- Functionally Reports to- Production Manager- Directly Supervises- Refinery Operators, Electicians,Fitters, Boiler operators- Internal Interface- Maintenance, Accounts, Stores, Plant Quality, Filling, TPM- External Interface- Contractors
