DSSD is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. As a leading design training institute, we are dedicated to providing top-quality education to aspiring graphic designers. If you have a passion for design, excellent teaching skills, and a strong background in graphic design software, we want to hear from you.

# Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate graphic designing students on the principles and techniques of graphic design.
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, to enhance students' practical skills.
- Guide and mentor students in developing their creativity, visual communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their design skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software updates, and industry standards in graphic design, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with other trainers and design professionals to continuously improve the training program and ensure its relevance to the current design industry.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and fosters a passion for graphic design.

# Requirements and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex design concepts and techniques to students.
- Experience working as a graphic designer or in a similar role, preferably with hands-on experience in designing for different mediums and platforms.
- Proven ability to work with diverse groups of students and adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
