Bartender

We are looking for Bartender for our Client Organization

**Qualification**: Hospitality Management/ Graduate

**Working Day**:Monday - Sunday (1 week Off)

**Experience**:1+ years

**Shift Timing**:12 PM - 9 PM

**CTC**:15k -20k

**SOME BASIC KRA’s**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, mocktails
- Create new drink recipes and specials to enhance the bar menu.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Engage with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- **Bar Maintenance**:

- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Ensure all glassware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Bar Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails and new trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting heavy items, such as kegs and cases of liquor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
