Experience & Skills required:

- Relevant 2-3+ years of work experience as a Product Architect/Product Manager. Total Experience 5-6 Years should have SDLC Knowledge and from Development and integration Background. Working experience with Shopify and complete Ecommerce D2c Lifecycle Management 3rd party Tech Solutions.
- Product Management - Product Development - Analytical Skills - Product Road creation
- Agile Methodologies /Agile Project Management/Scrum preferred
- Requirements Gathering and Project Management
- Experience of working in a D2C company/ department would be an advantage.
- Interpersonal - Teamwork, Stakeholder Management

Qualification: Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will include but is not limited to:

- Develop & optimize different iterations of UX/UI, User Flow and Functions to help improve website.

Ensure strong relationships with various Third-Party Partners to ensure seamless day to day activities.

Develop new partnerships to help increase customer flow, increase brand visibility and to improve website functionality.

Analyze performance across website and provide insights to the in-house teams for product development and coordinate for tech integrations.

Coordinate with different Business functions for Requirement Gathering and create Roadmap of integration for Tech Stack 3rd Party Partner’s.

Ensure closure on the basis of timelines received from all tech partner’s.

About The Role

Strategic Initiatives
- Planning based on historical data & goal for the organization
- App(Android and Ios) Tracker’s and defining synergies roadmap with Browser(Desktop and Mobile)
- Ability to interact and convince business stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to establish current and ongoing data support and reporting needs
- Analyze data from multiple angles, looking for trends that highlight areas of concerns or opportunities
- Identifying data needs and driving data quality improvement projects
- Partner with IT to manage roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Integration of payment gateways and incorporating discounts on the website
- Strong coordination and Product Integration Roadmap creation after discussion with all 3rd party Tech Partners (Gateway, Logistics Saas, Wms Saas, Crm Saas, Retention Saas for efficient Loyalty Management Solution and Website lifecycle Management.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
- Owning Product feature road map, Design thinking, Data analytics & manage the development & sprint release cycles.
- Responsible for execution of Product strategy to drive business in terms of Sale, Conversion Optimization, Revenue, Retention, Payments, Digital Penetration & adoption and digital NPS as being core objectives
- Responsible for prompt addressable of everyday challenges across all core functions of project including process improvement, efficiency enhancement, revenue generation, long term sustainability and not limited to only designing and executing the new initiatives.
- Analyzed key product metrics to identify areas of improvement to enhance best in class servicing
- Proven Project Management skills by managing a team of 6 people by implementing Agile Methodology.
- Create BRDs and User Stories working with different functions - Marketing, Products, IT, etc, create optimized customer journeys following the Design Thinking methodology.
- Manage UI-UX designers, IT, Operation & Marketing teams for new product launch.
- Worked with Operations team to optimize ops process to enhance Payment to Policy delivery conversions
- Drive continuous improvement of customer experience on website based on analytics & insights on a regular basis by evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multi-channels & customer touchpoints.
