**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Location**:Dampier Nagar, Mathura

**Position Type**: On-site, 3-4 days a week

**Salary**: Rs 7,000 per month

**Platform Management**:

- Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date on all platforms.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings.

**Sales Optimization**:

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and revenue across all e-commerce channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer queries and resolving issues related to online purchases.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on various platforms.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Data Analysis**:

- Utilize analytics tools to gather and interpret data on customer behavior, sales trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding e-commerce performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
