Cyber Security- Trainer

**Job Title**:Cyber Security Manager

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cyber security manager to join our company. As a cyber security manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of our company's sensitive information and systems. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to prevent cyber attacks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cyber security strategy for our company.
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities through regular assessments and develop plans to mitigate these risks.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
- Lead incident response efforts and investigate any security breaches, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations

and standards, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Conduct regular security audits penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and threats, communicating any potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement employee training programs to promote cyber security awareness and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption.
- Serve as the point of contact for any security incidents and provide timely resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, including experience in a management role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
