**PROFILE SUMMARY**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Research and analyse successful restaurant concepts that appeal to the client and target audience
- Experience in safe operation of commercial food service equipment such as deep fryers, ovens, cook tops, and slicers
- Determine menu price range and create preliminary menus
- Provide assistance to the chef team in their ongoing projects
- Responsible to finalize the concept including menu, service, unique offerings, and pricing
- Foster relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention
- Analyse recipes and calculate raw food cost and rank each category's items by gross profit margin
- Create detailed product specifications including grade, size, packaging, brand, etc. for food products
- Participate in fulfilling the staff requirements of the clients

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Well-versed in adjusting ingredients and taste to accommodate varying tongues cultures diets
- Innovative and creative with the presentation of the concept
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to demonstrate the best ways to manage time, save costs, and remain organized.

**ELIGIBILITY**
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Graduate in Hotel Management

**WORKING HOURS**
- 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon - Sat)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
