Nclex Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment**: Develop and administer practice exams, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate students' knowledge and readiness for the NCLEX.
- **Individual Support**: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their specific needs and areas of improvement.
- **Resource Management**: Compile and provide study materials, resources, and references to assist students in their exam preparation.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze students' progress and performance, offering feedback and strategies for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and updates in nursing education and the NCLEX exam format.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other educators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training program.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably in NCLEX preparation.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
