Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify IT staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Assist in employee evaluation and succession planning processes
**Requirements**:
- Fresher or with Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- MBA / BBA
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mangalore: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Work Location: In person
