Regional Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for microfinance and NBFC professionals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans to address knowledge and skill gaps.
- Deliver training sessions to small and large groups of professionals across multiple locations in the region.
- Develop and implement training evaluation tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Continuously review and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and feedback to participants to support their ongoing development.
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the microfinance, NBFC, or finance industry.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to multiple locations within the region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
