Preparing a wide variety of food such as Indian Gravies and Western Cuisines and following Traditional and Modern Recipes. Creating new and exciting dishes to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers. Expertise of food preparation and menu designing in Corporates. Planning the day to day operations about all the areas of kitchen with the Manager Food and Beverage. Planning and implementing the SOPs of food preparation and production in a safe hygienic and cost effective manner. Inspect and clean food preparation areas such as equipments and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe food handling practices. Consult to plan menus and taking into consideration factors such as cost and resources and Timeline and others. Check quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure standards are met. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. Check quality and quantity of received products. Discuss menu or needs and likings with the Hospitality Head. Multitasking and organizational ability.

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor in Hotel Management

Work Experience in Relevant Field
