**Job Title: Operations Executive (Air Charter Operations)**

Karwaan International Air Services Private Limited (KIASPL) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Operations Executive to oversee air charter operations at various airports on behalf of our company. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for aviation, and a drive to deliver excellence, this opportunity is tailor-made.

As a Junior Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless air charter operations at different airports. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with our experienced team to ensure smooth and efficient operations at various airport locations.
- **Client Coordination**: Assist in coordinating with clients, airport authorities, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely charter services.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Assist in planning and scheduling charter flights, optimising resources for a superior customer experience.
- **Quality Assurance**:Maintain high-quality standards in all operations, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.
- **Customer Focus**:Prioritize customer satisfaction, promptly addressing queries and resolving operational challenges.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the growth of the company.
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field (aviation diploma holders are also encouraged to apply).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in aviation or operations-related roles (fresh graduates with a passion for aviation are welcome).
- **Passion for Aviation**:Demonstrated interest in the aviation industry and a genuine enthusiasm to be part of an innovative charter management company.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing operational tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with composure.
- **Team Player**:A collaborative mindset, eager to work alongside experienced professionals to learn and grow.
