**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our dedicated healthcare team at the Kottakkal Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring accurate specimen collection.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures to collect blood specimens from patients.

Verify patient information and ensure correct labeling of specimens.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following infection control and safety protocols.

Assist with patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Prepare and package specimens for transport to the laboratory.

Keep accurate records of specimens collected and perform data entry as needed.

Follow established procedures for specimen handling, processing, and disposal.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and test results.

Qualifications:
Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited program.

Proven experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
