**Role Description**

The Stringer Operator is a full-time on-site role located in Karjan. The Stringer Operator is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of stringing, layup, and cell parameter measurements are met, as well as troubleshooting any issues with the stringing process.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in handling, operating, and troubleshooting the stringing machine and associated equipment for at least 2 years. Relevant work experience in PV Solar MBB Module Auto line is must.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high levels of productivity and precision
- Familiarity with the manufacturing process of solar modules and the use of computer systems to monitor and control them
- Excellent technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to organize data and present findings in a logical manner, as well as identify and solve complex problems in a systematic way
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with technical or vocational training in a related field preferred
