Junior Teacher

A Jr. Teacher or Facilitator is responsible for supporting student learning by assisting the lead teacher with planning and delivering instructional activities and materials. The Jr. Teacher/Facilitator works closely with the lead teacher to monitor student progress, assess student understanding, and provide feedback to students and parents. Additionally, the Jr. Teacher/Facilitator may be responsible for managing classroom behavior and providing creative and emotional support to students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in developing and delivering weekly plans that align with curriculum standards and student needs.
- Support students in completing instructional activities and assignments.
- Monitor student progress and understanding through assessments and observations.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Provide academic and emotional support to students as needed.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to promote student success.
- Ready to work from 8;30 pm - 6:30 pm and Saturday would be half day

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children
- Love for children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with lead teachers and other staff members
- Proficiency in technology tools and platforms used for teaching and learning
