**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive in Real Estate, you will be responsible for driving the sales of residential and/or commercial properties. Your role is to generate leads, build relationships with potential buyers, and guide them through the property acquisition process. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the company’s sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Actively seek out potential buyers through various channels like calling.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their real estate needs.
- **Property Presentations**: Conduct site visits, property showings, and virtual tours for clients, showcasing the key features and benefits of properties.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate property sales and lease terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the buyer and the seller.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and property sales metrics.
- **Contract Management**: Assist clients in understanding and completing required legal documents and contracts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: FRESHERS are most welcome and experience also.
- **Negotiation Expertise**: Skilled in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Focused on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and regulations.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools, real estate software, and online marketing platforms.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in luxury real estate or commercial properties.
