We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate **Female Nursing Staff** to join our dynamic team. As a Nursing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during medical procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in their condition to the nursing supervisor.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate medical interventions.
- Maintain professional conduct and uphold the ethical standards of nursing practice.

**Requirements**:

- M.Sc. in Nursing or B.Sc. in Nursing or UG/PG Diploma in Nursing or ANM or GNM or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Staff or in a similar role.
- Proficient in administering medications and conducting nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records.

The working hours for the position of Nursing Staff (Female) may involve rotating shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Our healthcare facility operates 24/7 to ensure continuous patient care and medical support.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
