Job Title: Receptionist (Female)

Salary Package: ₹10,000 - ₹30,000

Location: Palakkad Minimum qualification: Degree or Plus Two

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and updating records

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow Requirements:
Plus two or degree preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Flexibility to work in shifts if required

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Palakkad, Kerala (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Palakkad, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
