**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- Clinical experience in nursing, with progressive leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement principles.
