**Job Summary**:
The Centre Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations. This role includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating events and programs, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The Centre Coordinator will work closely with staff and stakeholders to ensure the centre runs efficiently and meets its objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, financial transactions, and inventory.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
**Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and programs hosted at the centre.
- Work with vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure successful events.
- Manage logistics such as room setup, equipment, and catering.
**Facility Management**:
- Ensure the centre is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and service providers for repairs and upkeep.
- Monitor and manage supplies and equipment.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist with client registration, bookings, and general support.
**Staff Supervision**:
- Supervise and support centre staff, including scheduling and task delegation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Budget Management**:
- Assist in preparing and managing the centre’s budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Handle financial transactions and record-keeping.
**Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Promote and maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors.
- Implement health and safety protocols as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
