**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews for recruiters and clients.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and recruitment materials.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and job advertisements.
- Conduct research and gather information as required.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of office equipment.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or secretarial studies is a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a recruitment or HR-related setting.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
