**Job Type**: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Back Office Google My Business (GMB) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's presence on Google My Business to enhance our online visibility, engage with customers, and drive business growth. This is an urgent position requiring immediate attention.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Google My Business Management**:

- Create and manage Google My Business profiles for multiple locations if applicable.
- Ensure all business information, such as address, phone number, business hours, and website, is accurate and up-to-date across all profiles.
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer reviews, questions, and inquiries to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Utilize Google My Business features effectively, such as posts, photos, and updates, to enhance our online presence and attract potential customers.

2. **Optimization and Reporting**:

- Optimize Google My Business listings for maximum visibility in local search results.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Track key performance metrics, such as views, clicks, and conversions, and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for further optimization.

3. **Local SEO and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local SEO strategies aimed at improving our rankings in Google Maps and local search results.
- Implement best practices for local SEO, including keyword optimization, citation building, and local link building.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure our Google My Business strategies remain effective and compliant.

4. **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to team members or franchisees on Google My Business best practices and guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any Google My Business-related inquiries or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Google My Business listings and optimizing local search performance.
- Strong understanding of local SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using Google My Business dashboard and other relevant tools.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
